It is very common that clients have a misconception about what counselling is and expectations to counselling may vary.



#1 - How counselling works


Therapy takes place in a safe and non-judgmental space so you can explore your thoughts and feelings and behaviours then you can develop a better understanding of your self, of others and the world around you.


#2 - What therapist do

A trained professional will not give you their opinions or advice or prescribed any medication. They will help you to find your own solutions - whether it's making effective changes in your life or finding ways of coping with your problems.
